The Inclusive Learning Partnership (the ILP) and its partners are fully committed to protecting and respecting the personal data they process and hold, in accordance with professional codes of conduct, legal standards and GDPR requirements.

The Inclusive Learning Partnership will only ask for personal information that is relevant for the work being undertaken, as agreed with you.

· Reports and information will be stored electronically and securely on password protected computers/laptops. Any paper records will be anonymised and stored securely in a locked cabinet;

· Reports sent by us via email will be password protected;
· Reports provided by our partners relating to your chid are your property and will only be shared with other professionals/parties with your express consent; and
· Information will not be held for longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes above and will be deleted at this point.
· We will not sell or give your contact details to any third parties for marketing purposes.
Although we will take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically and sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
Your Rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data:
· You have the right to request to view the personal data that we hold about you or your child/ young person. You can do this at any time by contacting the Inclusive Learning Partnership and/or its partners;
